单词。大学四级英语的词汇量大约是4000到5000，可以在准备考试之前半年买一本英语四级词汇，那种小的口袋书，每天装在包里，只要有时间有拿出来翻看，单词是个功夫活，只要肯下功夫，总能混个面熟，因为四级考试以选择题居多，很多时候你只要面熟就能准确的做出正确的选择。

阅读。 阅读理解的分值较大，因此最值得重视，平时制定好复习计划，每天都要做阅读理解，有时候状态好的话，可以做3,4篇，状态不好的话，也要做1,2篇，保持那种感觉很重要。

听力。可以直接到网上下载历年的四级考试听力内容，每天在上课，下课，去餐厅和就寝前都可以把耳机塞进耳朵里面听，这样可以充分利用时间，不同的时间学习不同的内容。
