Carol: I'm desperate!　我绝望了!

Tom: What's up?发生什么事了?

Carol: I'm in real trouble. I'm in the middle of a project, and my　computer's crashed!　我遇到麻烦了。我正在做一个项目，可我的电脑却死机啦!

Tom: Oh no! Bad luck!　哦!可真不走运!

Carol: Yeah, I can't believe it! What do you think I should do?　是啊，我也不敢相信!你说我该怎么办?

Tom: Calm down! I think I can help you, Carol! It happened to me　last year, and I solved the problem. So don't panic! What　happened exactly?　先冷静下来!我想我能帮你，卡罗尔!我去年也遇到过这种状况，最终我也解决了。所以先不要慌张!具体发生了什么?

Carol:I started to boot up, and suddenly the screen went blank I　couldn't do anything! All my山la's gone! I can't retrieve it!　I've lost it all!我开始启动电脑，突然间屏幕一片空白。我啥也千不了!所有的数据都没了!我却无法恢复!所有数据都没了!

Tom: Listen, that happened to me, and I took it round to a small　company I know and they fixed it in an hour! And they　retrieved all my data, too.　听着，我当时也出现了这样的情况，然后我把电脑拿到一家我认识的小公司，一个小时他们就修好了!他们还帮我找回了所有的数据。
