A：Good morning,Mr.Gipson.I‘m Wang Xin,from the international department.Would you like to look around the factory first?We’d be delighted to show you around.

B：Its very kind of you to say so.My associate and I will be interested in visiting your factory.

A：Now this is our office block.We have all the administrative departments here，Sales,Accounting,Personnel,Market Research and so on.

B：Whats that building opposite us?

A：Thats the warehouse where the larger items of our working machine are stored.We keep a stock of the fast-moving items for urgent uses.

A：I think you‘d better speak to our sales manager,Mr.Johnson.You’ll have a meeting with him 2 p.m.this afternoon.(They went into a workshop)This is one of our five workshops.This is the delivery and pick-up bay here.

B：If I ordered 500 cases of silk today，how long would I have to wait for the delivery in London?

A：About a week.

B：Oh,I see.

A：The material come in,as you see,of different sizes and are unloaded onto the delivery and pick-up bay here,We buy them in from different sellers.This is the new conveyor belt we had installed this year.We doubled our output in this department as a result.

B：Oh,really?

A：Are you tired?Would you like to have a look at the production shop today or shall we set another time?

B：Its up to you.

A：Ok,lets go.

B：All right.
