Steven: Hello, I'm Steven. I'll be your trainer today.

Jeff: Hi, nice to meet you. I'm Jeff.

Steven: Do you have any questions?

Jeff: I do have a couple of questions. What should I do if the customers can't afford their items?

Steven: Politely ask them if they would like to come back and put their items aside.

Jeff: And what if they threaten me?

Steven: Then call the manager.

Jeff: Alright, that makes sense. So what will we do today?

Steven: Well, let me show you how to scan an item into the cash register.(Steven demonstrates how to do this)

Jeff: Oh, alright, so have the bar code facing the window.

Steven: Exactly. If they have any vegetables, use this button to weigh them.

Jeff: That seems pretty easy.

Steven: You'll get used to it. Well, that's it for today. Have a great evening.
