A : Do you have your own house. Peter?

B:Not yet, I am planning to buy one. However ,you know, the price is quite high，and it will continue to rise in recent times.

A:So you can not afford such an expensive house row.

B:That's right. It's really difficult for me.

A:Oh, maybe many people have the same opinion with you.

B:At the present time many friends of mine are looking for houses. As the house markup happens gradually,they have more passions for buying houses.Because it is said that if the house is not bought now, it would not be afforded later.

A: So are my friends. They are in face of marriage. and they need a comfortable home.Therefore, their willing of buying a house becomes stronger and more urgent.

B:Whether new houses or the second-hand houses, all people want a house of their own.

A: This can be understandable.

A:彼得，你有自己的房子吗?

B:还没有，我正计划买一栋。不过你也知道,房价太高了，而且最近还会涨。

A:所以你现在还买不起如此昂贵的房子。

B:是呀，这对我来说真是太难了。

A:哦，也许很多人都和你有同感。

B:现在我的很多朋友都在找房子。随着房价的日益上涨,大家买房的激情更加膨胀。因为据说现在不买房.以后恐怕就更加买不起了。

A:我的很多朋友也是。他们到了结婚的年龄，需要有一个自己的家。因此要买房子的愿望便日趋强烈。

B:新房也好，二手房也好,所有的人都希望有自己的房子。

A:可以理解。
