A=Mr.Ken(肯先生)B=Mr. Turner(特纳先生)

A:Welcome to our company. My name is Raff Ken.I’m in charge of the international department.Here is my business card.

A:欢迎到我们公司来。我叫拉夫·肯,负责国际部。这是我的名片。

B:Thank you,Mr. Ken.Here is mine.

B:谢谢你,肯先生,这是我的名片。

A:Mr.Ken,I am afraid we have made a full schedule for you.

A:恐怕这次我们为你安排了一个满满的日程表。

B:That’s fine.I can deal withthat.Have you arranged for me a meeting with your boss?

B:没问题,我能安排得过来。你安排了我跟你们老板的会面吗?

A:Of course,I’ve arranged it at 2 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.

A:当然了,安排在明天下午2点钟。

B:Well,shall we get down to business now?

B:好的,那我们开始谈生意吧?

A:Sure,did you receive the sample we sent last Monday?

B:Yes,we finished the evaluation of it.If the price is acceptable we would like to make an order right now.

A:I’m very glad to hear that.

B:What’s your best price for it?

A:It is$220 a case.

B:Your prices are much too high for us to accept.Can you cut down the price for us?

A:I’m afraid we can’t. This is the lowest possible price we can offer.However,if you purchase more than 1,000 cases,we can reduce it to$215 a case.

B:Well,I’ll accept the price and place an initial order of 1,000 cases.
