A:Hello.I want to make an enquiry about something I've lost.Could you put me through to the right department,please?

B:Sure.That'll be the Lost Property Department.Just a moment.I'll put you through.You're through now,sir.

C:(Lost Property Department)Can I help you?

B:I wonder if you have a camera of mine.I left it on the cruise ship “Mermaid” yesterday morning.

C:Have you any idea where you left it?

B:Probably in the restaurant,though I might have put it down when we were collecting our luggage from the storage room.

C:Can you describe the camera?

B:It's a Wonderview model in a brown leather case and there's an exposure meter in a case attached.

C:Just a minute.Yes.The camera was handed in to the purser.

B:Oh,that's good.What a relief!But how can I get it?Look,could you send it to your London office and I'll call for it there at the end of next week?

C:Yes.We could do that.There'll be a small charge,of course.Can I have your name and address,please?I'll see that it's sent off.

B:Thank you very much.Goodbye.
