Susan: I see.But I don't know how to use the remote control.

Stewardess: Here. Let me show you. Just push the"up"and"down"buttons on your remote control to switch channels and adjust the volume.

Susan: Thank you. By the way,I don't think my headphone is working. Can you please get me a new one?

Stewardess: I'll go and get you a new one.Sorry about that.
