A：Ms. Zhou，your request for compensation makes me surprised.What happened?

A：周女士，听说您要提出索赔我很吃惊。究竟是什么问题?

B：It’s because of the quality.

B：因为质量问题。

A：Could you tell me the particulars?

A：能说的具体点儿吗?

B：The 100 cases of onions were immediately examined when they reached us three days ago.However，to our astonishment，about 30%of them were moldy.We can’t accept them in this state.I told you that we want firstclass goods.So the quality and price are clarified in our contract.Do you remember those details?
