当今社会竞争越来越激烈,致使工作压力成为当前全球性的热点话题。压力可以是一种强大的推动力,但压力过大就会影响到工作和生活。下面小编为大家整理的关于工作压力的英文,希望对大家有用!

关于工作压力的英文

Pressure at the workplace is unavoidable due to the demands of the contemporary work environment. Pressure perceived as acceptable by an individual, may even keep workers alert, motivated, able to work and learn, depending on the available resources and personal characteristics. However, when that pressure becomes excessive or otherwise unmanageable it leads to stress. Stress can damage an employees' health and the business performance.

在当前社会时代,工作压力是不可避免的。根据可用资源和个人性格的不同,适当的可接受的压力,会让员工更机敏,更积极,有目标地学习和工作。然而,当压力过度或无法掌控,会变成重负。工作重负会损害员工身体健康,影响工作状态。

Work-related pressure can be caused by poor work organization(the way we design jobs and work systems, and the way we manage them), by poor work design (for example, lack of control over work processes), poor management, unsatisfactory working conditions, and lack of support from colleagues and supervisors.

工作压力可由这些原因引起:恶劣的工作环境(工作方式和工作系统,操作方式),不科学工作流程(例如缺乏工作流程把控),不良管理系统,不良工作环境,缺少同事与管理层的支持。

Research findings show that the most stressful type of work is that which values excessive demands and pressures that are not matched to workers’ knowledge and abilities, where there is little opportunity to exercise any choice or control, and where there is little support from others. Employees are less likely to experience work-related stress when demands and pressures of work are matched to their knowledge and abilities, control can be exercised over their work and the way they do it, support is received from supervisors and colleagues, participation in decisions that concern their jobs is provided.

研究表明工作压力较大的是那些高产值要求,超出员工知识和能力范围,员工没有控制、调整工作的余地,也无法获得其他人支持的工作岗位。如果工作要求与员工的知识能力相符,并且有充裕时间调控各工作环节,也能获得管理层和同事的支持,员工的工作负担会减轻。
