A:I m sorry to hear that you are not feeling well.What s the problem,Mr.John?

B:I ve been feeling under the weather since last night,and I fell a little dizzy.

A:Shall I send for a doctor,sir?

B:Yes,please.

C:I am the in house doctor,Mr.John.What can I do for you?

B:Well,I live in England,I ve been here two days now,and I ve got an upset stomach.

C:When did you upset your stomach?

B:Just after I arrived here.

C:Do you feel nauseated?

B:No,not really.

C:You haven t vomited?

B:No.

C:Do you have pains now and again?

B:I get pains quite often.

C:Is it a colicky pain?

B:I think so.

C:And when you have the pain,do you have any diarrhoea?

B:Yes,a little bit.

C:How often do you have to go?

B:About four or five times a day.

C:Have you had any trouble like this before?

B:Only when I m traveling.

C:Well,this is simply traveler s diarrhoea.It usually clears up in a few days.I ll give you a preｓｃｒｉｐｔion.

B:Where can I have it filled?

A:Just give it to me,I will have it filled.
