Doctor: Hi, Sam. You don’t look very well. What seems to be the problem? My receptionist told me it was urgent.

医生：嗨，山姆。你看起来好像不太舒服。怎么了?我的前台告诉我你得了急病。

Sam: Help me, Doctor. I think I’m dying. Thanks for give me appointment so quickly.

Doctor: Let me see. I’ll take temperature and blood pressure.

Sam: I’ve got a pounding headache, a dry throat.
