B:Is there any difference between Cantonese food and Sichuan food?

A:Yes,Cantonese food is lighter while Sichuan food is spicy and hot.

B:Really! I like hot food.Can you make a few suggestions?

A:How about the eggplant and minced pork in dry red chilisauce and the “Ma Por”beancurd? They are our specialities.

B:OK.I ll have them.Is there any soup?

A:Yes.Sour soup of Sichuan style.It s our(chef s) recommendation.

B:That s fine.I ll have a try.

A:晚上好,先生。您准备好点菜了吗?

B:好了。可我一点也不了解中国菜。

A:中国菜可分为八大菜系,有粤、川、闽等等。我们餐厅以川味风格的菜而闻名。
