Waite: Hi, Jane. what's the time now?

Tina: It's 8:30 by my watch.

Waite: Does your watch keep good time ?

Tina: Not really. It's about four minutes fast.

Waite: Oh, my watch has stopped last night. I want to put it right.

Tina: Well, you should set it at 8:26, and it's about right.

Waite: Thank you so much, by the way, what day is today?

Tina: Today it's Friday.
