A：So,Beck,how do you think we should present our sales figures and targets to the investors?

B：Well,to start with,we should show how quickly the company is growing.A simple column chart showing our total sales over the past 5 years will be best for that.

A：I agree.How will we show how well balanced our sales are across all products?

B：An area chart is the best choice for that.

A：OK.Can we use the same chart type to present our divisional ratios?

B：We could,but a pie chart would probably be more effective,especially if we use a 3D style.We can use percentages to show each divisions contribution.

A：Sounds good.Now,finally,I want them to have a clear idea of where we‘re headed.What’s the best way to show them our sales targets for the next 3 years?

B：Hmm,I think a line chart showing last years results with our projections for each of the next 3 years would be best.Since our targets are so distinct,we can make that a 3D chart also.
