A:Hey,Ben,the other day I ran into your roommate Peter and he didn't seem to be too happy with you.What's the problem with you guys?

A: 嘿，本，前两天我碰到你的室友彼得，他好像对你有点不太满意。你们两个人之间怎么了?

B:What did he say? I didn't realize there was a problem.

A: I think he's beginning to see you as a fair weather friend rather than a reliable roommate.

B: I'm still not sure I understand.Would you be able to elaborate further?

A: He was complaining about how you want to divide the hydro bill.

B: Oh yeah.The other day we talked about splitting the bill by me paying 30% and him paying the remaining 70%.He seemed to agree with it at the time.I didn't know he has a grudge about it.
