B: I m so sorry to hear that. I do wish you d think it over. Why could you make such a decision since you are not satisfied with your job now?

B: 很遗憾你这么说。我希望你能再考虑一下。既然你对现在的工作不满意,为什么你还做了这种决定呢?

A: I still like my job, but my boss never promised me to promote me in these years. I think there is not a bright future for me.
