Joe: Good morning. Let's get started. What's the first itemon the agenda?

Tony: Let's begin with the recent complaints about customer service that we received.Eric?

Eric: One of my clients sent a monitor in for some repairs three weeks ago, andhe still hasn't got it back. He said his company will look for another supplierif our turn around time doesn't improve.

Joe: This is unacceptable. Quick service is one of our strongest points. If we getthe reputation for being unreliable, our sales volume will drop.

Eric: I've also had complaints from customers who say that the service departmentis going downhill. One company had to send a monitor back threetimes before the problemwas solved.

乔: 早上好。我们开始吧。首先要讨论的议题是什么?

托尼:我们就从最近客服部所接到的客户投诉开始讨论吧。爱瑞克先开始。

爱瑞克:我有一个客户在三个星期前把电脑显示器送回公司修理,到现在还没有拿到。他说如果我们的维修进度再不改善的话,他们公司就要找另外一家供货商了。

乔: 这真是太糟糕了。我们较大的卖点之一就是快捷的服务,一旦我们因为不可靠出了名,公司的销售量就会一落千丈。

爱瑞克:我也听到客户抱怨说我们的客服部每况愈下。有一家公司把显示器送修三次后才修好。
