I found that in the process of handling customers'inquiries and complaints, the staffs were lack of service skills, and words using of service was also lack of flexibility, so they often made the customer feel angry.This will have a bad impact on company's reputation.I also worked as a manager of the customer service department in other companies, so I have some ideas to share with you.I think the personnel of the department who connect with customers directly should be well trained and have a good service concept.Handling the complaints should have a fixed set of processes in which we should let the customers feel that they are respected and understood.I think I have a good work experience in this field, so I hope I can join your company, and make some contribution.
