Susan: Sorry to hear that,but have you got any proof?
Client: Of course we have. This is a copy of the Inspection Certificate issued by Commodity Inspection Bureau. They indicates the rusted rollers in their certificate.
Susan: Maybe the rust stains are due to careless transportation? You know, we always put emphases on the quality of our products.
Client: But you have to accept the fact that you have failed to come up to standard.
Susan: Well,anyway,our manufacturers will look into the matter.I'll get the result to you as early as possible.
