B：Not really.

A：This is the kitchen.Everything s new.

B：It s great! A nice house is exactly what we re looking for.

A：Well，gentleman，$40 a week if you think that s OK.

B：That sounds just wonderful.

A：When do you want to move in?

B：How about this afternoon?

A：Fine，I ll be expecting you around two.
