A：Please say something about your strengths and weaknesses.

B：Conscientiousness is one of my strengths.I always try my best to accomplish all the things that I m in charge of.While sometimes I am so straightforward that I may make my colleagues unhappy.

A：Do you always feel unhappy with your colleagues?

B：Seldom.I am a considerate person and I know how to resolve the conflicts.Of course，I will stick to my principles when facing the important problems，so dispute cannot be avoided completely.But our disputes are just over issues and never become personal.So we are soon reconciled again.

A：Can you work under pressure?

B：Of course，I can.The pressures impel me to greater efforts.

A：Do you have any hobbies?

B：Yes，I like playing Pingpong.I m the president of the Pingpong association of our university and organized several matches.Besides Pingpong，I enjoy playing basketball and football very much.
