　　A: Hello. Can I help you?

　　B: Yes. My credit card is stuck in the ATM outside your bank. I wonder how I could get it out.

　　是的。我的信用卡被你们银行外面的自动取款机吞了。我想知道怎样才能把它拿出来。

　　A: Sony, sir. But when did it happen?

　　抱歉，先生。这是什么时候的事?

　　B: It was about 6 o'clock yesterday afternoon. As you were alreadyoff duty at that time, I have to come here to ask for help thismorning.

　　大约昨天下午6点左右。因为你们那时己经下班了，所以我只好今天上午来这儿求助。

　　A: Oh, I'm really sorry. Would you please show me your passportand the ATM receipt?

　　啾，真是很抱歉。请给我您的护照和自动取款机的回单，好吗?

　　B: The ATM receipt? But I haven't got it yet.

　　自动取款机的回单?可我还没有拿到呢。

　　A: I see. So just show me your passport, and wait a minute, please.(After a while) Is this your credit card?

　　B: Yes, exactly.

　　A: Please sign your name here. These are your passport and creditcard.
