Dear Mr. Ma,

I really enjoyed working at ABC Company and cherished the days with all colleagues. However, my salary has not been able to keep up with the price level, so life is under increasing pressure, so I must resign now.

If possible, I wish to leave office on July 15, 2013. I have allowed two weeks prior to my departure for assisting in the transition process. I hope my resignation won’t give you any inconvenience. Please accept my thanks for the opportunity to work with you.
