Mesa：Good morning, Edward hardware company. What can I do for you?

Danny：This is Lange Trade Limited.

Mesa：Can you spell your company name, sir?

Danny：L-a-n-g-e, Lange Trade Limited. I want to check the delivery of our goods.My order has been sent out for 4　weeks, but we still see nothing here.

Mesa：I will check it for you. When did you place the order?

Danny：April 6th.

Mesa：What was the order for?

Danny：Eight mowers.

Mesa：Have you got any acknowledgement from us?

Danny：Yes, we received a letter but the mowers have not arrived.

Mesa：You tell me the order numbers. And I can check the status of the delivery.

Mesa：I got it. The equipment was dispatched two weeks ago, the delivery was delayed.
