A:Lily? Hi, it's Bob. Listen, we have a problem.

A:喂，莉莉?我是鲍勃。听着，我们有麻烦了。

B:A problem? What's wrong?

B:有麻烦?到底什么麻烦?

A:We missed our boat and all our suitcases were in the boat. Probably we can't register tonight.

B:That's too bad. How did it really happen?

A:Well, you see we caught our original boat and were on it until this morning when we took a small boat for a tour of the Small Three Gorges. Then the small boat got stuck on rocks. The water was so low that the boat couldn't get through.

A:Well, when we got back to the place where the big boat had left us, it was gone. And we don't know why it didn't wait. What should we do now?

B:Listen. I'll drive to meet the boat and get your luggage back. You and Anne try to take a cab to the next large town. There are lots of buses for you to take. You still have 5 hours, long enough for you to make it.

A:That sounds good. I'm sorry about all of this, Lily.

C:Bob, want to know what I did? We can take a cargo ship. The captain said he would break the rule to allow us on board after he heard my story. And he didn't even ask for fares!
