A:Many crimes in America are committed by people using guns.

A:美国社会的很多犯罪都与枪支有关。

B:But you cannot say it's just a gun problem. Most of those criminals have a record of criminal offense. By law they are not allowed to buy or own guns. Do they care? No. They do not obey laws and find other ways to get guns. It's a people problem.

B:但你不能说那就是枪的问题了。那些罪犯中大多数人都有犯罪记录。按照法律规定来说他们是不允许有枪的。但他们在意吗?才不呢。他们根本就不遵守法律，总是通过其他方法来获得枪支。这是人的问题。

A:You may be right saying so.

B:Anyhow,we're not waiting to see that the familiar saying would become fact: “When the guns are outlawed,only outlaws will have guns.”
