At the Emergency Room

A:Hello.I m Dr.Jones.What brings you to the emergency room?

B:I ve got terrible pains in my belly.And I feel like I m going to throw up all the time.I feel awful.

A:How long have you had this pain?

B:It started last night,up here,but this morning it s here,and it really hurts.

A:How was it last night?

B:Oh,it wasn t too bad.The pain came and went,and I managed to get a little sleep.It s been painful down here for the past four hours or so.

A:How has your appetite been?

B:I haven t eaten anything since yesterday afternoon.I just couldn t stand to look at food.

在急诊室

甲:你好。我是琼斯医生。什么原因使你到急诊室来?

乙:我腹部疼得厉害。我总觉得要吐。我感觉很不好。

甲:这种疼痛有多久了?

乙:昨天晚上开始的，在上面这儿，可是今天早晨是这儿，确实很痛。

甲:昨天夜里怎么样?

乙:噢，还不太坏。一会儿痛，一会儿不痛。我设法睡一会儿，可是睡不着。就是下面这里疼，疼了有四个小时左右。

甲:你的食欲怎么样?
