B:Now I think if you want to settle down and raise a family,Canada is a better place.They have a better education system.The facilities are efficient and going to college is comparatively less expensive and easier.

A:That s true.But I heard the unemployment rate is quite high there.

B:Yes,the national jobless rate reaches almost 9%.But if you can get a job there,raising a family is not a big problem because the property prices are very low compared to those here.And basic necessities are also less costly.But putting everything aside,the decision rests on how you want to live your life.

A:What do you mean?

B:Well,I ve lived in Canada for a few years.To summarize the experience,I d say it s a very good place to settle down and raise a family.But it s not a good place to start a career or make lots of money.

A:You re right.Maybe I should stay here and work hard,save some money and spend my retirement there.
