A：Hey, Helen, Do you know what happened today?I got to know I suck on the phone. You know, in my old job I never used English at work.Everyone was Chinese, my co-workers, my boss, my clients...I watched American TV programmes all the time, but this is totally different.

B：You have to get used to it, most people we deal with here are foreigners. Nearly all of the phone calls I make are in English.

A：Do you have any special rules here for making phone calls in English?
