A: I heard that you have purchased the latest smartphone by Apple?

B: Yeah, Iphone5 was launched in Beijing yesterday, and I got one at the cost of lining up for three hours. There are so many people in the Apple franchised store.

A: Wow, amazing! How much is it? It must be very expensive.

B: Yeah, I paid for 5,000 RMB.

A: It's beyond my affordability. Since it is much more expensive than the other qualified cellphone, such as Nokia, what magic force you to buy it?

B: Because the smartphone, Iphone5, is faster, thinner, has a longer battery life, and it features web browser. I think no available phone can match it.

B:是的,Ipone5昨天在北京首次推出,我是排了三个小时的队才买到一款的。当时在苹果专卖店门口人特别多。

A:哇,太神奇了!你这款多少钱?一定很贵吧?

B:嗯,是挺贵的,我花了5000元。

A:我支付不起。这比像诺基亚这样的名牌手机贵多了。既然这么贵,是什么如此吸引你买它呢?

B:因为Iphone5反应速度更快,机身更薄,电池更耐用,而且还可以无线上网。我觉得没有任何一款手机能超过它。

A:喔,我懂了。但是我觉得高价位使苹果失去了很多潜在的顾客。

B:我完全赞同你的看法。高昂的价格确实大幅度减少了苹果的销售额。苹果公司应该减价从而增加销售额。这对他们公司更加有利。

A:是啊,这样才会使消费者和公司双方都得益。等价格便宜些了,我也想买个跟你的型号一样的手机。
