I do not know who wrote those words,but I have always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want to make it.We can take the mysterious，hazy future and carve out of it anything that we can imagine,just as a sculptor carves a statue from a shapeless stone.We are all in the position of the farmer.If we plant a good seed,we reap a good harvest.If our seed is poor and full of weeds,we reap a useless crop.If we plant nothing at all,we harvest nothing at all.I want the future to be better than the past.I don't want it contaminated by the mistakes and errors with which history is filled.We should all be concerned about the future because that is where we will spend the remainder6 of our lives.

The past is gone and static.Nothing we can do will change it.The future is before us and dynamic.Everything we do will affect it.Each day brings with it new frontiers，in our homes and in our business,if we only recognize them.We are just at the beginning of the progress in every field of human endeavor.

我们都像农民一样，如果洒下良种，则将会有好收成;而播下劣种，或杂草丛生，我们将会收获甚微;而假若什么也不种，注定是一无所获。

我期望未来比过去更加美好。我不想让以前的过错去影响我的未来。我们都应该向瞻望未来，因为毕竟未来才是我们以后度过余生的时候。

往昔已逝，静如止水。我们无法改变事实。但未来就生机勃勃地在前方。我们做的任何事都会影响着自己的未来。每天我们无法再作改变。而前方的未来正生机勃勃;我们所做的每一件事都将会影响着它。如果我们仔细观察，会发现每一个新的一天都会呈现新的气象，无论是在家里，还是在工作中。在人类开拓的每一块土地上，我们都仅仅站在进步的起点。
