Lisa: May I have your attention, please, ladies and gentlemen?Shall we begin?

Mr.Jones:Do you have everybody?

Lisa: No,we're still missing a few guys.

Mr.Jones: Let someone go and round them up.

Lisa: Okay.

(Five minutes later)

Lisa: So, now we almost got everybody here. I have received apologies from Frank.He is unable to attend because of other urgent commitments.

Mr.Jones: It's five minutes past meeting time.So,let's get started.

Lisa: OK.I declare the meeting open.Now I would like to give the microphone to Mr.Edward.

Mr.Jones: Good morning everyone. Welcome here to attend our opening ceremony. I call the opening meeting of the Investment Committee to order. This meeting is to kick off the program. Lisa, has everyone got a copy of the agenda?

Lisa: Yes,they've got.But I don't think everyone know each other.Then,we'd better introduce each other first.

Mr.Jones: So you can start first.

丽莎：女士们，先生们，请注意。我们可以开始了吗?

琼斯先生：大家都到齐了吗?

丽莎：还没有，还缺几个人呢。

琼斯先生：派个人去把他们叫来吧。

丽莎：好的。

(5分钟后)

丽莎：好了，大家基本都到齐了。我收到了弗兰克的致歉信息，因为他有其他紧要的事务，所以无法参加今天的会议。

琼斯先生：已经过了5分钟了。咱们这就开始吧。

丽莎：好的。我宣布会议开始。现在请爱德华总裁主持会议。

琼斯先生：大家早上好。欢迎到这里参加我们的开幕式。我宣布投资委员会开幕会正式开始。这是个项目启动会议。丽莎，每个人都拿到日程了吗?

丽莎：是的，都拿到了。但是我想大家互相之间还并不认识，还是先做一下自我介绍吧。
