Cathy:Yes,may I help you?

Eric:We had a damaged shipment from you.

Cathy:We'll look into it right away for you. I Was the damage extensive?

Eric:I'd say about half of the shipment is unusable.

Cathy:We'll send a man right out to look at it.

Eric:Good,we'll be expecting him.

Cathy:How bad was the damage?

Eric:One packing case was crushed.

Cathy:Was all the material in that case destroyed?

Eric:We don't think we can use any of it at all.

Cathy:Did you note the damage on the bill of lading?

Eric:Yes,of course.

Cathy:We'll start a claim with the shipping company. And then wait and see what they say.
