Conversation 1

A: Excuse me. I saw a sign "Apartment for Lease" outside.

B: Yes. I have two vacant rooms to let.

A: How much is the rent?

B: 600 yuan a month, excluding water and electricity.

A: Can I have a look now?

B: Sure, this way, please.

A:打搅了，我看见外面写着"房屋出".

B:是的，我有两间空房出租。

A:租金是多少?

B:每月600元.不包括水电费。

A:我现在可以看一下吗?

B:当然.请跟我来。

Conversation 2

A: I've been quite busy recently to find an apartment.

B: Really? I just get the newspaper. This one sounds good. "Efficiency with view of the sea Utilities and parking included.Newly remodeled kitchen.1500."

A: It's really nice. But I can't afford it.

B: How about this one? "Downtown efficiency.Furnished. Parking included. 1000.”

A: It's still pretty expensive.

B: You see this one. "Two male grad students seeking roommate. Must be quiet. Comfortable downtown apartment. A living room,a kitchen and three bedrooms.”

A:That sounds all right. Get the number. I'll call them and see if I can make an to have a look.

A:我最近很忙着找间公寓。

B:是吗?我这儿正好有报纸。这一个听起来不错。“套房且有海景，水电及停车都包含在内，新装演过的厨房，1500元。”

A:确实是很好.可是我租不起呀。

B:这一个怎么样?‘’市中心套房.含家具.含停车位，1000元".

A:但还是蛮贵的。

B:你看这一个。‘.两个男研究生在找室友.必须要安静。在市中心舒适的公寓。一个客厅，厨房和共间卧室。”

A:听起来还不错。记下号码，我得给他们打电话.看看能不能安排时间去看一下。
