A：Is it possible to begin shipment during July?

B：I don’t think so.

A：Then when is the earliest we can expect your shipment?

B：By the middle of September，I think.

A：That’s too late.You see，October is the season for this commodity in our market，and our customs formalities are rather complicated.

A：Besides，it takes at least three weeks for the cargo go through the red tapes involved in the marketing channels.Thus，after shipment it will be at least four to five weeks altogether before our retailers can get the goods.The shipment of the goods must therefore be started before September.Otherwise we won’t be in time for the selling season.
