Susan：Good morning. I want to confirm the level of insurance coverage for your order.

Bob：We have requested an amount thirty percent above the invoice value.

Susan：Exactly. There is no problem in complying with your request, but the amount is a bit excessive as we have expected.

Bob：We've met a lot cases in the past with damaged goods.

Susan：I can understand your concern. However, the normal coverage for goods of this type is to insure them for the total invoice amount plus ten percent.

Bob：We should care about the commercial risk.

Susan：Unfortunately, if any coverage increased, we will have to charge you extra for the additional cost.

Bob：But the insurance was supposed to be included in the quotation.

Susan：Yes, but we quoted you normal coverage at regular rates.

Bob：So how can we deal with this problem?
