B:Good,thanks.How about you?

A:Not bad.We've lost a few staff lately.

B:Why?

A:Because of the low salaries.

A:因为工资太低。

B:But your company is huge.Can't they afford to pay the staff decent wages?

B:你们公司是家大企业，难道他们就付不出像样的工资吗?

A:I don't know why.

B:Why don't you give them a suggestion?

B:为什么不给他们提提建议啊?

A:Maybe I can have a try.But I'm in holiday now.

B:Not all workers are as loyal as you are.I can't believe your company is as big as it is.By taking good care of their staff now,they can ensure the company continues to grow.
