A:Is that non smoking?

B:Yes,it is.Please fill out this form,and I ll need your credit card.

A:Do I need to pay now?

B:No,we just need a credit card on file.When you are out,you can use a different card or pay cash if you prefer.

A:What time is check out?

B:Noon.At noon.

A:OK.Is breakfast included with the room?

B:No,I m afraid not.Here s your key.You are in room twelve zero three.

A:My friend is coming late this afternoon.Could you leave a key for her,in case I m not here?

B:Sure.Just write her name and your room number on this envelope,and I ll see that she gets it.
