Andrew: Edward,I want to talk with you about our order No.123 on Fifa Company.

Edward: What'wrong with the order?

Andrew: Well, we placed the order on Fifa last month for a large amount of cell phone components. We took delivery of the goods this morning and found the articles in No.8 case completely different from what we requested.

Edward: So what do you think we should do?

Andrew: Well,I suggest we should lodge a claim against them.You know,we are badly in need of the goods,and the wrong shipment undoubtedly caused us a lot of trouble.

Edward: I don't agree with you. We maintain a long-term good relationship with Fifa company and they supply us with cell phone components in favorable price.To strengthen our friendship, I think the best way is to achieve consensus through consultation.

Andrew: OK, I'll firstly try to contact with the Fifa, asking them to substitute the goods with right ones as soon as possible.

安德鲁：爱德华，我想跟你谈一下我们跟费法公司下的第123号订单的问题。

爱德华：那个订单有什么问题吗?
