雅思写作租房与买房话题范文

In some countries, some people prefer to rent houses to buying them. Please give your opinions on the advantages and disadvantages.租房与买房?

Nowadays, people in many countries choose to rent houses instead of buying them. As far as I am concerned, there are more advantages of this phenomenon.

The most obvious drawback is that people will lead an unstable life if they rent houses. That is to say, sometimes people cannot decide how long they will stay in a house since this is partly depends on the landlord. And people have to relocate every now and then, which may influence their work or study. For example, someone who used to live next to his company may have to take up another job because his new house is far away from his company. By contrast, if he purchases a house and live in it, he can enjoy a much more regular life.

However, the advantage is more far-reaching. People do not have to bear such high financial pressure, at least in the short term. And as a result of this, people can enjoy a relatively relaxing life with less pressure and more importantly when choosing jobs, working people can focus on the training, promotion and environment rather than just the salary, which are all key factors to a promising career and they even can take some extra courses to improve themselves. If they have to pay mortgage every month, it is less likely for them to pay attention to factors other than salary.

Considering the advantage and disadvantage discussed above, I believe it is a wise choice for people to rent a house, especially for young working people.
