Jack: Is there anything urgent?

Sam: Well, things are like this. Your products are getting worse. What changed in the process?

Jack: Really? But nothing has been changed.

Sam: Don't you change the machine or materials?

Jack: There is no such thing. We will try to find out what happened.

Sam: You'd better be quick. And what are you going to do with that part of the goods that are not up to standard. Shall we return them to you, or hold them for you to decide what to do with?

Jack: if so, we agree to settle your claims.
