B:Well,I graduated from Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Languages in 2001.Ther,I obtained a B.A.degree with a major in English.For the first two years,I worked as a teacher.After that,I was secretary to Personnel Manager.I stayed there for 2 years and then moved to my present company,that's P G.And I've been with it for 3 years,working with the Marketing Director.

A:That's very interesting.I'm curious why you like to leave your present company and join our company.

B:Because I know you has a very good reputation and I feel that I would have more scope and opportunities in your company and the position,Personnel Manager,will be more challenging for me.

A:Right,well,time is pressing on,I'm afraid.So thank you very much for coming to me and we'll be in touch with you before this weekend.
