A:I m sorry, sir, we have no record of your booking.

B:Well, this is most unsatisfactory. I booked the room myself a week ago. I want to see the manager, please.

A:There s our manager.

C:Come in, please. What seems to be the trouble, sir?

B:I wish to complain in the strongest terms about the service in this hotel. I booked a room at your hotel one week ago. But you have no record of mine.

C:I m very sorry to hear that. I assure you that this kind of thing won t happen again.

B:I suppose it s meant to be hard to understand.

C:I ll look into the matter at once and I ll arrange a room for you as soon as possible.

B:All right, then.

C:I do hope you will come to our hotel next time.

A:对不起,先生,我们这儿没有您订房的记录。
