Q:Are you able to maintain accuracy while handling a large number of calls?

你在负责大量的通话时能保持较高的准确性吗?

A(1):I am able to handle a large number of calls without my accuracy being compromised.

我能在负责大量的通话时保持准确性。

A(2):My accuracy has never been affected by the number of calls I am handling.

我的工作准确性从不受通话数量的影响。

A(3):My accuracy during the last 5 years has always been over 95%.

在过去的五年中,我的准确度在95%以上。

Q:Describe how you would handle a problem you were having with a co-worker.

谈谈你是怎么处理与同事间的矛盾的。

A(1):If I were having a problem with a co-worker, I would try talking to them to see if we could work out our differences. If they weren't open to that, or if the problem remained, I would discuss it with my supervisor.

如果我与同事间存在矛盾,我会试着与他们进行交谈,看看能不能找出我们的差异。如果他们不愿意的话,而这个问题又一直存在,我会与我的上司进行沟通。

A(2):I would first talk to the person and try to figure out what was bothering them. If the problem continued after talking to them, I would bring it to the attention of my supervisor.In my experience, what can't be resolved by talking one on one with the co-worker should be brought to the supervisor right away, before it escalates.

首先,我会和他交流,看看他们对什么感到不满。如果交流之后问题还存在,我就会与我的上司沟通。以我的经验,如果有什么问题在与同事交流后还存在的话,在其进一步加深之前,要立刻与上司交流。

A(3):I try to get along with everyone, and respect their opinions and boundaries. In the past when I have had a problem with someone, I have been able to work it out by talking with them.

我会努力和大家和平相处,尊重他们的意见和底线。以前如果我和同事间出现问题的话,我总能经过谈话来解决。
