Q:What is most important-a good product or friendly, fast service?

好的产品和友善迅速的服务哪一个更重要?

A(1):Both are extremely important. A good product is essential, but without the customer service to back it up, there is no reason for someone to buy it here as opposed to somewhere else or on line.

两者都很重要。好的产品是基础,但如果没有客户服务来支持它,人们肯定不会在这里买,而是去别的地方或是通过网上购买。

A(2):Fast, friendly service can make a bargain product that much more attractive to customers.

友善迅速的服务能让产品变得更加吸引顾客。

A(3):A superior product will speak for itself, and friendly, efficient customer service is what will set us apart from the competition.

一个好的产品本身就是比较好的广告,而友好高效的客户服务是能够让我们在竞争中与别人拉开差距的利器。

A(1):I would call my supervisor to let her know, and would stay until I was sure the selling floor was covered.
