Q5:A customer leaves without paying for gas, what would you do?

如果有个顾客没有付汽油钱就走了,你会怎么做?

A5(1):Hopefully I would have seen the license plate, and we could find who they are and remind them that they forgot to pay. It's possible that it was an honest error, and that the customer will return on his own to pay the bill.

还好我能看到车牌,这样就能查出顾客的信息,并提醒他们忘了付款。可能只是一时疏忽,这样的话,顾客就会自己回来把钱付了。

A5(2):If it was a regular customer that I was familiar with, I would make a note to my co-workers to mention it to him the next time he came in.

如果是个我熟悉的常客的话,我会通知我的同事让他下次来的时候再付。

A5(3):Sometimes people are in such a rush that they forget to complete the transaction. I would try to get the license plate, or a good description of the car and driver, and notify the manager.

有时顾客比较匆忙,就会忘了付款。我会试着查到车牌号,或是对车和司机的详细描述,然后通知经理。

Q6:A co-worker is rude to customers, what would you do?

A6(1):That would depend on what kind of a rapport I had with him. If I felt comfortable, I would probably mention that being rude is probably going to be bad for him in the long run, since unhappy customers reflect badly on the sales associate.Otherwise, I would mention to the supervisor what I had witnessed, and let him handle it.

那要看我与他的关系如何。如果我觉得可以的话,我可能会告诉他对顾客粗鲁对他自己的长远发展是不利的,因为顾客不开心就会影响销售状况。如果这样不行,我会告诉经理我所看到的情况,并让他处理。

A6(2):I would try to set a good example, by being courteous and helpful to the customers and my co-workers.

A6(3):I'd try to get friendly with him, and see if there was something going on that was making him unhappy. Maybe he would just want to talk, and his attitude would improve.

我会试着友好的与他沟通,看看有什么事情让他不高兴了。也许他只是想要倾诉,这样他的态度就会有所改善。

A6(4):If it only happened when the supervisor was gone, I would definitely call it to his attention. I wouldn't want to be a snitch, but a store's reputation depends largely on its customer service, and rude sales associates can create a negative impact on that reputation.
